Relovi Club is for adults 18 years and older. You'll need to enter your date of birth when signing up and we verify you meet the age requirement before your account is created.
Download the Relovi Club app, tap Get Started, and follow the sign-up flow. You'll need a valid email address and your date of birth. You must be 18 or over to join.
Once signed in, tap your profile photo → Edit Profile. Add a profile photo, your suburb, and a short bio. Buyers can see your profile and it helps build trust with potential buyers. To accept payments, you'll also need to connect your bank account via Stripe (see Payments & Fees).
Go to your profile → Settings → Account. You can update your email address or reset your password from there. If you've forgotten your password, tap Forgot Password on the login screen and we'll send you a reset link.
Go to Settings → Delete My Account. This permanently removes your account, listings, messages, and personal data. Active orders must be completed or cancelled before deletion. You can also request deletion at legal.reloviclub.com/legal/delete-account.html.
Try resetting your password first via the Forgot Password link on the login screen. If you're still having trouble, email us at [email protected] with your registered email address and we'll help get you back in.
On any listing, tap Make Offer and enter the amount you'd like to pay. The seller will receive a notification and can accept, decline, or let it expire. If they accept, you'll be prompted to complete payment within 72 hours.
If a seller has multiple listings, you can select several items and send a single bundle offer with one combined price. The seller can accept or decline the whole bundle. Bundle offers are a great way to save on postage too.
Tap Buy Now on a listing or accept an agreed offer. You'll go through a secure Stripe checkout where you pay by card. Once payment is confirmed, the seller is notified to ship your item or arrange pickup.
If the seller hasn't confirmed shipment yet, contact them via in-app chat to request a cancellation. If you're unable to resolve it, contact us at [email protected] and we'll help. Once an item has been shipped, cancellations follow our refund process.
Contact the seller first via in-app chat. If you can't resolve it, email [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos of the issue. Purchases made through Relovi Club's secure checkout are eligible for buyer protection.
Tap the heart icon on any listing to save it. Find all your saved listings under your profile → Saved.
Tap the + button in the navigation bar. Add photos (up to 3), write a title and description, set your price, choose a condition, and select how you want to sell — pickup, postage, or both. Tap Publish and your listing goes live immediately.
Four types: Paid pickup (buyer collects locally), Postage (you ship to the buyer), Giveaway (free to a good home), and Bundle (multiple items sold together).
Yes — go to your Shop → tap the listing → Edit. You can update photos, price, description, and availability any time while it's active.
If you sold an item through another channel, go to the listing → Mark as Sold. This removes it from the browse feed. Note that only items sold through Relovi Club's checkout are covered by buyer protection.

Tap Home Boost on any active listing to promote it for greater visibility in the feed. Boosts are paid via Stripe and run for the selected duration. Only one boost active per listing at a time.
You need to connect a bank account via Stripe Connect. Go to your profile → Payment Settings → Connect Bank Account and follow the Stripe onboarding steps. Once connected, payments from sold items are transferred to your bank account after the buyer confirms receipt (or after the dispute window passes).
A small fee added at checkout that covers buyer protection on tracked postage orders — if your item doesn't arrive or isn't as described, you're eligible for a refund. The fee is shown transparently before you confirm payment.
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported where available on your device.
If you're eligible for a refund, contact [email protected] with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Payment is released to the seller after the buyer confirms receipt, or automatically after the buyer protection window closes. Stripe then transfers funds to the seller's connected bank account (timing depends on Stripe's payout schedule, typically 2–7 business days).
Accepted offers must be paid within 72 hours. If payment isn't received, the offer expires automatically and your listing returns to active status, ready for the next buyer.
When a seller selects Postage as a listing type, buyers can purchase and have the item shipped to them. Sellers must use tracked postage — this protects both parties and is required for buyer protection to apply.
Sellers set the postage cost when creating the listing. The postage amount is shown clearly to buyers before checkout and included in the total.
Once a seller has shipped your item, they'll add the tracking number to the order. You'll receive a notification and can view the tracking details in the app under your order.
Email [email protected] with your order number. Because Relovi Club requires tracked postage, we can investigate with the carrier. If the item is confirmed lost, you'll be eligible for a refund under buyer protection.
Arrange a time and place with the seller via in-app chat. Both parties confirm the handover in the app once it's done. Cash is accepted for pickup transactions — no Stripe checkout required.
Tap the three dots (⋯) on any listing or profile → Report. Select a reason and add any details. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Go to the user's profile → tap the three dots (⋯) → Block. They won't be able to message you or make offers to you while blocked. You can unblock them from your Settings → Blocked Users at any time.

Don't panic. Email [email protected] immediately with your order number and details of what happened. If you paid through Relovi Club's secure checkout, you're covered by buyer protection. Transactions made outside the app (direct bank transfers, cash for posted items) are not covered.
We take safety seriously. Every account is verified by email and age-checked at signup. All checkout payments go through Stripe — we never store your card details. In-app messaging means you never need to share your personal phone number or email with other users.
